Long and challenging trailrun or walk from Haute Nendaz main square. From Nendaz you go only uphill to the Dents Rousses. Then passing the Tracouet, Cabane Balavaux (6.5 km), beautiful Larch tree forests and rocky steep paths.

On the way down you get a view of the Japanese garden (Jardin Japones) and probably encounter some Swiss cows. The last part of the route is the mainly flat bisse Saxon: flat and very charming but not easy to run or walk.
