Wintersport

The ski area is huge and very versatile. For the real beginner, Nendaz has a number of drag lifts with blue runs on top of the Tracouet. If you’re looking for a long blue run, it’s better to take the ski bus to Sivier. The bus (number 6) leaves at the gondola, is free and runs every 15 minutes. Sivier can of course also be reached by skiing, though with some red runs.
We also like to ski at Verbier. You do sit in the lift a lot but the view there and also the snow quality is well worth it.

Ski passes

Ski passes are available the office at the bottom of the Telecabine. You can use an old ski pass so you don’t have to pay CHF 5 for a new plastic card.

When buying a ski pass, you can choose between the Printse area or the entire 4 Valleys. Printse is already a pretty big area, but without Verbier and the Mont Fort. The Mont Fort is also accessible with lifts only for non-skiers, is the highest point of the ski area with great views.

Ski-Lift

Ski-LiftThe gondola at the Tracouet is very busy between 8:50 and 9:20 because that’s when all the kids go up for ski lessons. The restaurant (good cuisine!) at the top of the Tracouet is very busy between 12:30 and 13:30 because that’s when ski lessons end.

Ski rental

You have several shops for ski rental in Nendaz. Close to the gondola you will find Gaby sport- Intersport. We also have good experiences with the rental on the side of the hotel AlpinResorts. If you say you come from Domaines des Reines C12 you will get a 15% discount on rentals.
